Job description
The ideal candidate will be a reliable and hardworker, you will also have an excellent positive attitude towards work. In this role you will be assisting the wider team at SJP Law in a number of different capacities such as dealing with documents for the legal staff and general day to day office administration duties
Covering reception and answering reception telephone calls during busy periods, forwarding the call to relevant person or taking accurate messages
Printing letters and other documents for legal staff
Scanning and photocopying documents
Saving documents to the relevant case on the case management system
Opening incoming post and following the firm’s procedure for incoming post
Dealing with outgoing post and special deliveries
Keeping check on stationery and other office supplies, and placing orders as required
Supporting the team in relation to archiving and secure document disposal
General day to day office administration duties
Reliable, hard worker and a self starter
Positive attitude and organised
Keen interest in administration
This is a varied role, must be adaptable and willing to learn
