One of our lovely Primary School's located in Lichfield is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant for the next 2 terms of the 2023/2024 academic year. This role is within a Year 6 Class and KS2 experience is imperative. You will also be working on a 1:1 basis supporting a child with SEN needs who is working at a lower ability. This role also involved providing personal care.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide valuable support to pupils, enabling them to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing individual support to students, both inside and outside the classroom.
* Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Encouraging and motivating students to participate actively in their education.
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour guidance.
* Helping to assess students' progress and providing feedback to teachers.
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the school.
