Job description
As a Weekend & Bank Holiday Cook Supervisor at Sodexo in Ardagh Glass, Doncaster , you'll have a passion for food and excellent organisational skills. What you’ll do:
Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods
Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts
Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard
What you bring:
Level 2 or 3 Chef Qualifications and minimum 1 years of experience in hands on cooking including
Experience in menu planning and production
Experience in or exposure to bulk cooking

Package Description Weekend & Bank Holidays as a Cook / Supervisor
- 12.5 hours
- Saturday - 07:00 - 13:00 & Sunday - 07:00 - 12:30 & Bank Holidays 06:00 - 12:30
- £10.62 per hour at weekend & £31.86 per hour on bank holidays
- Full uniform & ongoing training provided
