Job description
Male Befriender needed to support a young gentleman in his mid-twenties who resides in the Balsall Common area of Solihull. The ideal candidate would be in his mid-twenties so they can relate to the client.
DUTIES:
Support needed with social and leisure activities, working with the client on a 1-1 basis. The specific type of support requested would include:
• Support to/from the gym
• Kick around in the park
• Accompany to drum class
• Prevent isolation
HOURS
5 hours per week (days and times to be agreed with the client)
RATE OF PAY
The rate of pay is £11.15 per hour
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideally possess a qualification in care (level 1 – level 3)
Educated to GCSE
GENERAL:

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
This post is subject to an enhanced DBS clearance which will be paid for by the client.
