About the Company

A leading international law firm with an excellent reputation for development are seeing a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. 

About the Role  

Working alongside the broader recruitment team, this role will provide analytical support to support the firm’s overall recruitment strategies. 

Duties include: 

• Updating system and maintaining data for recruitment processes
• Assist with the design and development of reporting tools in collaboration with other teams, with a focus on diversity data 
• Support with direct sourcing projects to build pipeline of candidates 
• Produce various reports to respond to stakeholder requests 
• Review and analyse data in line with the recruitment strategy 
• Create efficiencies within the recruitment function and build strong relationships with stakeholders 

Job Requirements  

The successful candidate will have prior experience with people data reporting in a professional services environment and excellent customer service skills. Previous experience using databases and strong Excel skills is required and experience with Power BI is an asset. You will be highly organised, have a can do attitude and excellent attention to detail.
