About the role:
The goal of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to drive customer acquisition (lead generation -patients and healthcare professionals) through unique and engaging digital experiences across website, email and social platforms. This role is critical in driving traffic and conversion opportunities to web platforms, inside sales team and me+ enrollment. The Digital Marketing Specialist will create and implement UKI strategies and localise Global strategies for UKI market execution. This individual will also be instrumental in collaborating with key stakeholders across the business unit to develop and manage initiatives across all consumer touchpoints to convey a unified brand image and distinctive presence in the marketplace.
Your Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Support the development of an annual digital marketing strategy for UKI Continence Business Unit.
Create and implement online campaigns to drive web traffic, brand awareness, acquisition, and conversions across key digital channels – websites, email marketing, SEO, SEM and social media.
Identify conversion tools and online opportunities to generate leads and maximize brand presence and awareness.
Lead digital analytics to set benchmarks, track success of conversion funnel and refine strategy for website, social media, content, and email marketing activity.
Design and deliver a regular report to communicate digital performance to key business stakeholders.
Maximize user experience through content development and management across two websites (Convatec and Amcare).
Where appropriate, partner and manage a vendor agency to drive maximum results through SEM and social media providing a clear strategy and recommendations on digital media spend.
Regularly support and engage with Inside Sales Team to ensure all digitally generated leads are of good quality, provide continuous feedback loop.
Create and maintain a digital calendar of activity and content, ensuring total integration with me+ programme, product launches and campaigns, demand generation and event marketing.
Engage with Field Sales Team to ensure effective healthcare professional engagement, particularly around key events.
Liaise with Global product team to ensure product messaging and campaigns are maximised online.
Serve as initial point of contact for all digital activities; responsible for the roll-out of website launches and accompanying activities aligned to global strategy– analytics, Optimizely training, email set-up.
Maintain uploading of digital assets on internal SharePoint platform; inform and educate team on usage.
About You:
Experience leading digital projects with multiple stakeholders from concept to implementation.
Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and digital products.
Implementing campaigns using Google Ads, Meta and other key digital channels and utilizing GA4 and Google Tag Manager for analysis.
Proficiency in website management and maintenance.
Experience of managing external agencies and holding them to account.
Minimum three years’ experience in a digital marketing environment, ideally with agency experience.
Highly motivated, energetic individual with a positive disposition.
Strategic thinker with passion for the customer and the ability to think creatively and analytically.
Persuasive communicator that understands how to effectively balance various points of view, influence others, and find common ground that drives meaningful results.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
Familiarity with website content management systems, eMarketing and CRM systems.
