Job description

Reporting to the Managing Director and working with key partners and commissioners, as Operations Director you will lead your services to ensure that service users receive excellent care meeting their diverse needs and achieving the best possible clinical outcomes. Our aim is to improve peoples lives by providing the best quality care tailored for each individuals needs. Our multi-award-winning specialist care services supports people with complex conditions including Acquired Brain Injury, Acquired Spinal Injury, Neurological conditions, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities and Autism. The Operations Director will be responsible for the leadership, planning and delivery of healthcare services within the Region - as a member of the senior management team, you will contribute to the shaping of the strategic direction for the services and ensure its implementation within defined timescales, commercial and financial budgets. What you'll be working: Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30.
