Veterinary Surgeon - Bracknell
• Veterinary Surgeon role at a RCVS accredited small animal hospital in Bracknell
• State-of-the-art equipment including a fully equipped dental suite, ECG, blood testing machines, ophthalmology room, X-ray and imaging room
• Excellent salary up to £60,000
Due to maternity leave, we are in search of a dynamic, caring, and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join an established and highly skilled veterinary hospital in the charming town of Bracknell in Berkshire. Our client is a veterinary hospital, which has been proudly serving the local community for over 50 years. They are an RCVS accredited small animal hospital dedicated to providing top-quality care for our furry companions. Their commitment to excellence has earned them Silver Status recognition by the ISFM for their exceptional feline care. They boast a talented and supportive team consisting of 6.5 vets, 12 nurses, dedicated management, and a warm and welcoming reception staff.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to providing exceptional veterinary care to small animals, working up cases to a high standard, collaborating effectively with their dedicated team, exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a strong team ethos, demonstrating a can-do attitude and a determination to succeed, and contributing to the ongoing success of the hospital.
The successful candidate will need to be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with strong communication and interpersonal skills, have excellent organisational abilities and the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team.
You will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, including a fully equipped dental suite, ECG, blood testing machines, ophthalmology room, X-ray and imaging room. The Rota:
• Full time role to start in December (Part time applications will be considered)
• 1 year fixed term contract
• 4 day week - 40 hour weekly rota
• 1:6 full weekends (Saturday 8.30am - 4.30pm and Sunday 9am - 12pm)
