A fantastic, rare opportunity has become available for an Lettings Office Manager to join this award winning, independent Estate Agent based in Coventry.
My clients have developed a fantastic reputation based on exceptional levels of customer service and are looking for an Office Manager to look after the day to day running of the branch, ensuring the lettings teams are supported and performing as best as they can.

Lettings Office Manager – Duties and responsibilities
- Overseeing the office and ensure the office is operating well day to day.
- Overseeing each department in its entirety including maintenance, applications, renewals, payments, property management, viewings etc...
- Hold daily meetings with the team of 16 to ensure productivity and offer assistance if necessary.
- Do staff appraisals and deal with office HR matters.
- Ensuring health and safety is adhered to.
- Ensure each department is running smoothly and efficiently, providing support where needed and ensuring standards are maintained
- Ensure you are up to date on the going on and the results being produced by the team, making sure lettings is running smoothly and to target
- Offer training, development and mentoring to staff members.
- The office manager will be responsible for recruitment, advertising with recruitment agencies and all correspondence that goes with it.
Lettings Office Manager– Experience Needed
- To be the Lettings Office Manager you will need at least 3-5 years’ experience within the lettings industry, with experience as an senior member of a lettings team either within property management or front end lettings
- You will have experience of managing and mentoring a team
- You will be a strong man manager with excellent communication skills
- Understanding of the entire lettings processes is crucial for this role, you will need to understand and be able to manage the team across all areas from property management, applications and negotiating.
- Confident in supporting staff with training.
- Excellent time management and administration skills.
- You will be well spoken and well presented.
- Keen eye for detail.
