Job Description

The Finance Manager, Operations Lead will be responsible for:

• Leading the site finance team
• Support the delivery of business & finance functional objectives.
• Leading the business strategy and deployment across the business to drive quality decision making and managing business performance.
• Embed a culture of continuous improvement and development.
• To ensure operational performance is maximised bringing brilliant financial insights & analysis to aid financial/business decisions to drive profitability in the short, medium and long term.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will ideally be:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• End to end finance experience
• Commercial finance business partnering experience
• Able to build relationships at all levels and influence
• Strong Excel Skills
• Commercially minded

What's on Offer

The Finance Manager position comes with a base salary of £70,000-75,000 depending on experience, bonus and comprehensive package. The offer hybrid working of ideally 4 days on site, however can offer flexbility of 3 on site.
