Job Title: Transport Coordinator
Location: Wellesbourne, CV35
Salary: £25k (£12.00 per hour) (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday 05:30-14:00
Duration: Temporary with a view to permanent
Our client are a well-known logistics organisation that require a Transport Coordinator to join their team on a temporary with a view to permanent basis. Immediate start for the right candidate!

Day to day duties will include:
• Managing a team of drivers and assisting with any issues that arise during their daily routes
• Debriefing and prebriefing drivers
• Dealing with a variety of customers via phone and email
• Admin and record keeping
• Responsibility for unlocking and opening the site
• Vehicle defect reporting process
• Various other transport related tasks.
As an individual you will be need the following skills and experience:
• Confident in the use of Microsoft Office packages
• Previous experience in a transport office desirable but not essential
• High attention to detail
• Strong and confident communicator
• Willing to learn
• Ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Car driver due to location
