Job Title: Materials, Plant & Equipment Controller – (Onshore)
Project: The Hook-Up and Commissioning of the largest HVDC Offshore Substation in the world to the Sofia Offshore Windfarm.
Location: Lowestoft
Start Date: July 2024
Duration: 12 months +

 
Job Scope:

As a Materials, Plant & Equipment Controller within our Hook-Up and Commissioning team, you will play a pivotal role in this groundbreaking project intended to power 1.2 million homes in the UK.

You’ll be responsible for the control of warehouse storage and space allocation,
bagging and tagging of materials for offshore by work pack. Goods in and out from suppliers and vendors as well as working with the team on all safety-related matters as well as supporting the finance team with any queries.

Your expertise will directly contribute to the efficient and safe execution of work scopes that are critical to the successful connection and commissioning of the world's largest HVDC substation, setting a new global benchmark in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educated to a minimum of GCSE/ 'O' Level (Including English and Math).

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Industry experiences an advantage.

Forklift (5te & 20te)
