Role:
The successful candidate will manage a caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. This will include providing expert advice on employment contracts, handling disputes, navigating employment tribunals, and advising on HR policies and procedures. The role demands a proactive approach to legal services, ensuring the highest standards of client care.


Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in employment law
- Demonstrable experience in managing a full range of employment law issues
- Strong advocacy skills with experience in tribunals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Adept at legal research with a meticulous approach to case preparation
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Commitment to staying informed on current legislation and legal precedents
