App Product Owner
12 Month+ Contract

Our client, a global technology organisation, urgently requires an experienced App Product Owner to undertake a long term contract.
In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:
- Experience of Product Owner in the IT Industry
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall processes
- Knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic architecture
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel (business trips up to two weeks
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conduct comprehensive benchmark studies to analyse the latest industry trends, emerging business models and technology opportunities
- Collect and analyse raw customer feedback data
- Work with cross-functional teams to create detailed test cases for app features
- Support local testing of global features in the app to ensure compatibility, usability and quality meet standards
- Assist in arranging meetings to facilitate communication between local and global teams, development teams and the Product Owner (PO) teams, as well as other stakeholders
- Implement a feature-by-feature app performance monitoring system to ensure the app meets performance goals and user expectations
- Continuously monitor key performance metrics, analyse data and provide actionable insights to optimise the app
- Provide design support for app services under the guidance of senior engineers
