OK Job Advert Location Description OK Job Advert Role Description As a Team Leader you will be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our residents. Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both residents and their families and staff, you will be supporting residents in the planning of goals and in living as independently as possible. Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant would be beneficial, however it is not essential; all we ask is that you have a willingness to learn and the compassion to care for the people we support.
