Job description

Supervisor/Cover Cleaner required.

15 to 20 hours per week (contractual) to be agreed. This is predominantly working mornings and afternoons but would require some flexibility with very occasional evenings and weekends. Any hours worked above the contractual hours will be paid for additionally. £11.50 per hour plus mileage is also paid.

This role would ideally suit a candidate who is organised, professional, flexible and can drive as this does involve visiting multiple sites across Hull and North Lincolnshire.

The role includes:

The management of staff (helping and encouraging staff, be professional but understanding, training, monitoring and boosting morale)
Staff training
Staff paperwork (new employees, updates, and site paperwork)
Site visits and checks/audits to ensure the cleaning is to the required standard
Client liaisons
Updating a shared e-diary
Stock orders
Working closely with other management
Cover cleaning for holidays
Ad hoc builders cleans/deep cleans and site cleans

The candidate must be honest, reliable, have a good work ethic, be able to work to high standards and experience of a supervisory role is essential.
