Litigation Solicitor 2+ PQE
Poole - Dorset

This well established, leading Dorset firm is looking to hire an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their excellent Litigation team.

Currently the team is set up of a head of department, two litigation solicitors that manage a mix of employment disputes and mixed litigation, as well as a solicitor apprentice and two legal secretaries. This role would entail managing a mixed case load of litigation matters civil/commercial.

The ideal individual for this role would be an experienced litigation solicitor who has strong knowledge of litigation, wide reaching experience across a range of litigation matters, the ability to effectively manage a case load with minimal supervision, great client care skills and the ability to work well to deadlines.

This firm have a hybrid working policy and so there is flexibility to work from home a few days a week, they also offer a highly competitive salary rate and benefits package.
