Job description
We are looking for an experienced area manager to join our South East Region at mydentist
- A field-based role managing 15 Dental Practices located within the M25 and M4 corr@idor
- Travel expected up to 4 days per week across the region @ideally with 1 day working from home

As an Area Development Manager, your role will include:
- Leading and coaching your teams to prov@ide the best quality patient care
- Recruit and develop a high-performing management team to deliver on all financial targets and KPIs
- Working in partnership with your Clinical Development Advisor and Clinical Director to support the development and growth of your clinicians
- Lead effective clinician recruitment and proactively support the onboarding process to minimise the impact on delivery
- Ensuring excellent practice regulatory compliance and clinical standards in line with relevant regulations and gu@idance
- Build effective relationships with your regional support functions to drive performance in all aspects of the business
What skills do I need?
- Multi-site operational management experience with a track record in growing performance and demonstrating strong leadership
- Business acumen with the ability to analyse data and prov@ide insight to make commercial decisions
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trusted and effective relationships at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills including prioritising important deadlines whilst managing reactive business needs
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Demonstrates the ability to coach and develop people
