Job description

I am in search of a capable, experienced, customer focused Service Advisor to join a high-end luxury vehicle brand in their service department, in Hertfordshire .
You will be the first port of call for customers checking in their vehicles, as well as their trusty advisor for updating them on the progress of their vehicle. Therefore, confidence in building relationships and organisation are a must.

The Package

You will be offered a basic salary of £32,000 - £36,000. The commission structure will take your overall earnings to £42,000 - £46,000.

The Person

They are looking for an exceptional candidate with plenty of customer service experience, ideally from within the automotive industry.
That said, they will consider someone without any automotive experience, looking to begin a new fresh career.
