Do you enjoy working in a customer facing role?
As an Assistant PGA Professional you are the first impression a guest will have upon arrival at the hotel’s golf club, so providing a warm, friendly, helpful welcome during their stay and when they leave is extremely important.
What will I do as an Assistant PGA Professional?
- Handle shop operations, including sales, stock control, and club repairs.
- Manage and contribute to the day to day golf operations.
- Maintain 59club standards.
- Collaborate with our current membership but also actively recruit new members
- Handle incoming enquiries
- Membership sales incentives are in place to membership expansion and retention.
- Provide coaching to members and visitors, unlock your earning potential and establish yourself as a renowned golf instructor.
Is this the role for me?
- Registered year 1 or 2 PGA trainee or looking to register for the PGA Training programme.
- A passion for golf
- Excellent knowledge of golf.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised
- Understanding of shop operations.
- Familiarity with IT systems is advantageous.
