Digital Marketing Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 with Performance-Based Bonus

Renowned for exceptional service, they've consistently achieved double-digit growth. With plans to double in size in 3-5 years, they seek an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager experienced in B2B to drive success. About the Role: As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing strategy. This hands-on position demands a confident, strategic thinker capable of driving successful outcomes. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you'll work closely with Directors, Department Managers, and Digital Agencies (SEO, PPC, Website, Email Marketing).
Role Overview: - Develop strategies to increase website traffic
- Manage digital assets and agency relationships (SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Website)
- Drive campaigns for awareness and lead generation
- Identify and bridge content gaps on the website
- Conceptualize and execute Email Campaigns for new customer opportunities
- Enhance website usability, content, and conversion rates
- Achieve KPIs aligned with growth objectives (e.g., lead generation)
- Track, report, and optimize marketing performance channels
- Manage Digital Marketing budget, forecasting, and ROI
- Evaluate the competitive landscape and market conditions
- Lead digital initiatives, capitalizing on new trends
Qualifications and Skills: - Strong academic background (2:1 degree or above)
- 4+ years of B2B Digital Marketing experience
- Proficient in Google Ads / Bing, Facebook Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
- Google Ads / Analytics certifications are advantageous
- Experience managing PPC, SEO, eCRM, and Email Marketing agencies
- Website project management from concept to execution
- Up-to-date on Digital Marketing concepts and best practices
- Highly IT literate and analytically minded
- Experience in email database growth and marketing
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Passionate about Marketing and sharing knowledge
- Comfortable in a demanding, fast-paced, yet friendly environment
