Purobuild have partnered with a sustainability consultancy, who are seeking a OCDEA, with proven work experience using SAP and AutoCAD. Or an architectural technician with experience in AutoCAD, site experience, and a strong understanding of how buildings work who would want to be an OCDEA/
Job Title: Trainee OCDEA
Location: Brighton
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
OCDEA ( energy assessor ) Required Skills:
- Qualified On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA)
- At least 1 year experience of delivering SAP Assessments
- Thorough understanding of the Part L regulations and wider policy landscapes
- Up to date with current building regulations
