About Our Client

The client is a market leader within the Pharmaceuticals industry with offices based in Hemel Hempstead. Due to a busy period they are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a background within HR Administration and comfortable with administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Job Description

• Triaging HR inbox
• First point of contact for HR related queries
• Escalate queries where necessary
• Onboarding/ new starter paperwork including offer letters and contracts
• Contractual amendments
• Maintaining employee database ensuring all employee records are kept up to date
• Assisting with recruitment activity

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have HR Administration/ Recruitment administration experience, be immediately available and live locally to Hemel Hempstead
