The Breakthrough Listen (BL) program is seeking to hire two observer s to assist with a remote observing program on the Murriyang (Parkes; ) radio telescope dedicated to searching for intelligent life beyond the solar system. We are typically allocated three to four observing sessions (each approximately 10 hours long) per month, with each session requiring an observer be present to monitor telescope and data recording health.
