Job description
- Lead and manage complex logistics projects from initiation to completion (Warehouse start up, automation, WMS implementation, closures and dilapidation's)
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial conception to successful completion.
- Manage resources, timelines, and risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with company objectives.
- Lead and mentor a junior project managers and PMO.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement project management best practices within the logistics department.
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with industry regulations and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other external stakeholders.
