Job description

TNG is a global commercial transformation consultancy, delivering solutions across areas such as negotiation, selling and revenue management for the world’s leading FMCG companies. Created in 2010, the company is in an exciting period of fast growth, and has more than doubled in size in the past two years.

The UK headquarters is in Henley-on-Thames, with a network of employees and associates across the globe.

As the company grows our consulting offer at pace, we are developing the resourcing capabilities required to ensure we have a future proofed pool of consultants and associates, which is deployed to projects to bring value to TNG and our clients.

Partnering with key client and solutions leaders in the business, the Resourcing Manager will lead the development of our resourcing capabilities to ensure we deploy appropriate resources for all project types Globally, whether training workshop based or consultancy.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role is based in Henley-on-Thames together with the rest of the Operations team

Requirements

Role responsibilities

· Develop the current resourcing capability from sole focus on confirmed training workshops to all confirmed and prospective projects, including business development and consultancy

· Set and deliver optimal utilisation targets across all employee and associate delivery resources

· Allocate appropriate resource to all projects, with deep understanding of client and TNG needs

· Clear view of current and required associate pool and capabilities across solutions and clients

· Clear communication with clients and TNG project owners and facilitators around all dates and project briefs

· CMap (the project management and resourcing system) super user, leveraging the system capability to drive efficiency in the resourcing process

· Establish insightful reporting, leveraging CMap, on availability, utilisation and future capacity planning

Who are you

· Previous experience in consulting essential, resourcing within consulting ideal but not essential

· Strong interpersonal skills with ability to form strong relationships with senior colleagues and associates to bring edge to resourcing decisions

· Strong planning and organisational skills

· Obsessed with process efficiency and use of systems to drive automation and business value

· You create energy, you use your initiative, you are accountable, you drive change, you are a great business partner, you have a good sense of humour
