East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) supports families and cares for children and young people with life threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.
Over the past 30 years, EACH has developed an enviable reputation in the field of children’s palliative care.
We are the largest provider of palliative and end of life care and support for children and their families in East Anglia, delivering a comprehensive range of services in our hospices, family homes, hospital and wider community.
All three of our hospices; The Nook (Norfolk), The Treehouse (Ipswich) and Milton (Cambridge) were rated OUTSTANDING by the Care Quality Commission
Property Acquisition Manager (Internally known as 'Shop Acquisition Manager'), Field Based - East Anglia
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Temporary Contract - 2 Years
Salary UP TO £38,712 per annum depending on experience + Mileage Reimbursement
**A full UK Driving license and use of own car is mandatory for this role**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join EACH retail at an exciting time as we continue to expand our retail portfolio beyond the 47 shops we currently run across East Anglia.
As shop acquisition manager you will search, acquire and project manage new shops to their opening across East Anglia.
Managing to an approved financial budget you will have the scope to create an exciting retail environment and add your creative touches to create a cutting edge retail shop.
Are you:
A passionate and highly self motivated individual, looking for an opportunity to make bold decisions and transform our retail shop acquisition programme.
Do you have:
A track record of opening retail shops, preferably within the charity sector, with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication and influencing skills.
Responsibilities include:
Accelerate EACH’s shop acquisition programme through identifying suitable retail units and to project manage these units through to opening.
Deliver an agreed number of units on time and under cost that will achieve performance budgets and enhance EACH’s portfolio in accordance with its format strategy.
Work in harmony with the facilities Manager and retail teams to achieve the most efficient and effective shop opening process.
