Job description
As the Marketing Manager you'll be overseeing all the key creative areas of the business and managing the production pipeline - this will include shoots, pre and post-production, and the graphic design and video team.
- You will create a new brand concepts in collaboration with core clients to meet their needs across the customer lifecycle - customer acquisition, conversion, engagement/ retention and brand awareness.
- Build strong and positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- You will be the first point of contact for all new briefs, using your ideation and delivery expertise to see them through to fruition meeting the core client needs.
- Sell your ideas, bringing them to life in visually inspiring ways.
- You will be working with internal delivery teams, trusted agency partners and clients, to manage creative projects and campaigns, ensuring they're delivered to brief, and the creative execution is of the highest standards.
- Managing incoming briefs, workflow and sign off process together with the Senior Management Team.
- Guardian of the brand's visual identity and driving strategic and content and client support
- Various new opportunities for you to be responsible and lead the creative on new project pitches with the support of the appropriate teams and the Senior Management Team
- Bring to life ambitious creative ideas, translating them into compelling print materials, digital experiences and content experiences for visually sophisticated audiences
