Job description
• Act as a key point of contact for inter and intra departmental interaction
• Represent the test team for the business across all levels and enabling customer relationships
• Manage the testing resource, schedule and workloads across full range of projects
• Identify and agree the testing activities for testers and wider team members
• Plan the full Openwork testing process
• Checking and coordinate the availability of the resources to execute testing activities across full program of development
• Reviewing stories, requirements, acceptance criteria and test scripts to ensure fit for purpose and maintain quality
Experience of User, System and Performance Testing.
ISEB Foundation qualification
Good experience of Agile working practices
Strong knowledge and experience in software and test development techniques and their effective application
Understand Technical and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) and (TDD) and effective application of this
Understand the software test life cycle (STLC)
Programming languages: C#, JavaScript, SQL
Ability to create automation frameworks from scratch
Ability to perform test analysis on technical requirements.
Able to build Functional/Non-functional and Component level tests.
Evidence of effectively influencing a to ensure best user storey features
Strong communication skills, able to present to project teams and articulate requirements in plain language and build confidence and influence others
Team player, collaborative approach
Able to “be the voice of test” as a confident contributor in team settings, sharing ideas and challenging decisions
