About the Role
In this role as a Nursery Manager you will be responsible for the oversight of all plants grown for this landscaping and maintenance business. As a Grower, you'll spearhead and manage the Nursery, ensuring the smooth execution of production and operations to meet the demands of the 12-acre nursery. Working day in day out to produce some of the finest quality plants. Helping to manage and coach both seasonal workers, apprentices and full time staff.
About our Client
We are working with one of the UK's leading providers on landscaping and maintenance service businesses. This is a brand new role at their expanded nursery site that will provide all the plants for the rest of the business.
The Ideal Candidate
To thrive in this role, you'll bring production experience in a Nursery environment, demonstrating profitability and production success. Ideally also bringing your PA1 and PA6 spray certificates along with a fork lift licence, but don't worry if you don't have these, it's not essential.
