Job Description
As the Interim Financial Controller:
- Assist their next stage of growth
- Pride yourself in the progression and development of the company
- Maximising resources within Finance while making strategic and informed choices and executing robust controls and processes
- Investigate financial statistics in order to provide intuitive direction while successfully collaborating with stakeholders in order to drive progression and success
- Line manage a team of 4
The Successful Applicant
The successful Interim Finance Controller will be:
- Experience and use of relative financial management, financial standards with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities
- knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles and statutory reporting
- Experience within accounting, management reporting, business partnering and year end audit.
- Experience in data analysis, financial software and tools and financial modelling
- Experience within management and the ability to project manage, lead and demonstrate a collaborative approach
- Experience within financial accounting and presenting data.
- Experience within the development of systems to optimise usage and increase deficiencies.
- Experience in assisting and delivering projects to tight deadlines.
- The ability to analyse financial issues and interpret information.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload to tight deadlines
