Are you a motivated and sales-oriented Business Development Executive looking for an exciting career opportunity? If so, you might be the perfect fit for my client’s dynamic team. My client is a specialist in selling Construction Machinery parts to various customers in their Industry. You don’t need any prior knowledge, as they will provide you with full product training.
This is a great opportunity to grow your career and earn a competitive base salary of up to £28k, with the potential to advance to a Supervisory level role.
The role is Monday-Friday 8-4.30pm and based in the office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow existing customers
• Identify and qualify new leads/warm leads
• Prepare and send Quotations to customers
• Keep the CRM system updated with customer notes
• Support customers throughout the sales process
• Handle a number of customers of different sizes and take responsibility for all sales related to them
• Work cooperatively as part of a team
Key Skills Required
• Self-Motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Determined and resilient
• Ability to remain calm and cope with pressure at times
• Experience of working towards KPI’s and targets
• Excellent administration skills
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Willingness and interest in learning product and basic technical specifications
• Previous Experience in Business Development or any other customer facing role would be a plus
