Job description
We are collaborating with a leading multichannel marketing services firm and currently seeking a skilled UX designer to join their dynamic experience design team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role within their ambitious team, collaborating on diverse design briefs for high-profile brands. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass crafting site maps, customer journey maps, wireframes, and plan-view diagrams.
You will adeptly construct physical and digital prototypes with precision and efficiency, designing immersive experiences that align with both customer and colleague needs as well as business objectives. You will work harmoniously with the creative team to shape, define, and execute effective and captivating customer journeys. Additionally, your role will involve planning and facilitating client workshops and design sprints.
