Job description
A lovely part time position has arisen for an experienced and engaging Nanny on a part time basis near Bath for a family of three.
The family have a 4 month old baby so you will need experience of this age group. They are looking for someone to start asap until the end of August 2024. This is a great role for someone who wants to be a part of a baby’s weaning journey, so an interest in nutrition and building a positive relationship around food is a huge plus. The role would be a mix of shared and sole care as Mum works from home. She is an author so will be writing on a part time basis but is keen to be a big part of her baby’s development. Dad also sometimes works from home but also works in London during the week. They are keen to find a Nanny who is passionate about supporting the baby’s routine as he develops and are open to ideas and suggestions for this. The baby is a happy and inquisitive boy who loves going out for walks in the beautiful countryside on their doorstep and playing with his toys. He is currently exclusively breast fed and they are trying to wean him off this so someone with experience of this would be ideal. They are looking for approximately 15-20 per week, Monday-Thursday, the hours can be worked over 3 or 4 days to suit the candidate. There is a lot of flexibility in this role for the right nanny. They live in a lovely country home, with spectacular views of the Somerset countryside.
