Working within a dedicated team to provide a full Account Handlin g service to an existing book of Corporate clients, you will focus on building strong relationships with a broad spectrum of clients for this successful Insurance Broker.

You will be responsible for servicing your own book of clients which will involve managing renewals, mid-term adjustments and generally handling any queries that come through from your clients, in a quick and professional manner.

This position will suit an experienced Commercial Account Handler looking to work with an experienced team in a really great office environment.

Although aligned to their Milton Keynes office, this role will be hybrid between your home and the office.

As a Commercial Account Handler your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for a varied portfolio of accounts from Business customers across all sectors for a range of risks (including Property, BI, Motor, Liability and Financial Lines programs)
• Oversee all renewal procedures from start to finish including renewal strategy, risk presentations to the market, negotiations of terms obtained from Insurers and creation of Renewal Reports
• Respond to day to day enquiries via email or telephone
• Ensure that all Compliance/Operational procedures are followed
• Attend and support Client visits as required or requested

To be a successful Commercial Account Handler you will have:

• Commercial or Corporate Insurance experience
• Customer service focused and a keen contributor within a team environment
• Confident and detailed communicator
