CNC Programmer

Belfast

Working with a precision engineering sompany providing services to a network of clients who operate Globally. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To operate all machine tools in a safe manner ensuring a quality product is produced at all times
• Manage the efficient manufacture of components
• Assist with the development of efficient manufacture practices
• To interpret engineering drawings/specifications
• To set and load machines with correct programming and tooling
• To supervise Machine Operator during production
• To programme CNC machines to customer requirements using supplied data.
• To maintain and manage tooling system for new, used and obsolete cutters as laid out in Tool System
• To adhere to Health and Safety regulations at all times
• To fully adhere to the ISO 9001 Quality Standard

Qualifications:

• Apprenticeship trained and experienced in mechanical engineering to an HNC or equivalent experience and skills

Working hours are Mon to Thurs 7.30am to 4pm and Friday 7.30am to 3pm.
