2nd Line Infrastructure Engineer - VMware, Veeam – Hybrid/Manchester - £35,000 - £45,000 + On Call + OT

Responsibilities:

• Provide second level support to high calibre customers and personnel.
• You will support the first/second line team to resolve issues that come into the service desk.
• Ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined service level targets.
• Proactively help resolve tickets where required.
• Escalate any issues that cannot be resolved to the 3rd Line team.
