Civil Litigation Solicitor (NQ+)
Essex
An established firm is seeking a dispute resolution solicitor to join their expanding team. As a member of the team team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional legal support and assistance to clients in resolving disputes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse workload including contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, contentious probate, boundary disputes, landlord and tenant cases.
• Actively engage in professional development and continuous improvement of skills and knowledge within the field.

Key Requirements
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong IT literacy.
• Must be capable of working independently and taking initiative.
• Possess some prior experience in civil litigation.

Salary dependant on experience.
