Job description

Joiner required to start immediately on various refurbishment schemes in the Cannock area.

The Client

Our client is a large main contractor based in Leeds who operates around Yorkshire, North West and the Midlands specialising planned works, re-roofing, EWI, kitchen and bathrooms schemes on behalf of various councils, housing associations, health care facilities and education establishments.

Job Role

This contract is carrying out the following, these duties will vary depending on the type of work:

• Installing internal fire doors in a mixture of domestic and public buildings, some properties will be occupied

This contract is set to run for 3-6 months+. The working hours are 8am - 5pm with a 30 minute break, Monday to Friday.

The hourly rate is £23-£24 per hour Umbrella/CIS.

There is on street parking available.

Requirements

• CSCS Card
• Previous experience installing fire doors
• Transport
• Own Tools
• FIRAS Card - Desirable
• Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
