Job description
- *Nursery Room Leader**
- *Maidenhead Based**
- *Salary from £26000 - £27500 (depending on experience)**
Our client is a highly regarded Nursery in the Marlow area. They are looking for a Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join their team. You will have both key worker responsibilities and staff management duties as a Nursery Room Leader. As Room Leader you will be responsible for working with your own key children, acting as a manager and mentor to 5 practitioners and monitoring that high standards of learning are being met.
Room Leader essential qualities include: Commitment to helping children thrive and get the best start in life, a warm and positive approach, lots of creative ideas and a willingness to work as part of a team.
*Full-time position, 40 hrs per week
