Job description

Liverpool's leading specialist Family Law practice is currently expanding the dedicated public law Family team.

Due to natural expansion and ever more instructions from clients they are looking to hire an experienced and ambitious Family Solicitor for the Childcare team.

Working within their friendly and sociable Family team, you will be given responsibility for your own caseload of publicly funded Childcare matters dealing with a variety of issues from instruction to conclusion.

You must be a qualified Solicitor, NQ level upwards (all PQEs considered) with a strong background in Family Law, either post qualification or experience gained prior to commencing your training contract. You will be passionate about Family Law, ambitious, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work as part of a close-knit team. You will play an integral part to the team, working alongside their Child Panel and Family Panel members and be actively involved in the development of the department as a whole longer term, including the opportunity to gain Panel accreditation as soon as suitable.
