Role: Restaurant Manager
Location: Lymington, Hampshire
Salary / Rate of pay: Up to £39,000 plus Bonus
We are working with a renowned fine-dining restaurant that is situated near the beautiful New Forest. This restaurant has earned several awards and recognition for its exquisite cuisine and impeccable service. As a restaurant manager, you will be part of a dedicated team that.
You must have experience in 3 rosette or Michelin starred restaurants.
What's involved? As a restaurant manager, you will collaborate with the owners to oversee the highly skilled Front of House staff. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of an award-winning restaurant. You will work mostly straight shifts and receive a bonus after six months of service.
