Job Description



What you’ll do

The role of the Regional People Partner is to work in partnership with regional operators to develop and execute people plans in support of the Business and HR strategic objectives across employee relations, people engagement, talent development, care worker training, operational recruitment and all the associated systems, policies and procedures. You will lead the people elements of any change project in your area of responsibility whilst providing expert advice, leadership and coaching which will support the region in achieving its growth targets.

In supporting the Head of HR to develop, monitor and review policies, you will have line management responsibility for the Midlands region People team which includes HRBP, Regional Training Managers and Operational Recruiter and drive the continued development and capabilities of the people team in the region, ensuring they provide proactive and reliable daily end to end HR operational and advisory support to the region.

Working with people managers, you will support in the delivery of training and development programmes and establish trusted partnerships within the region, developing and implementing a HR agenda that fully supports the growth of the business.

You will typically spend up to 3 days per week within the region and 2 days per week from home.

Qualifications



What you need

You will need to be an accomplished and confident qualified Senior HR Professional (CIPD, ILM) with strong influencing and coaching experience gained from working with multi-site organisations and the flexibility to travel. As well as being resilient and approachable you will be self-motivated and organised with experience of working with multiple managers to deliver people plans to achieve business outcomes, including experience of TUPE and business integration. Knowledge of the care sector is desirable.
