Job description
We are looking for an Office Manager to work within a forward thinking private school in London.
The role
As an Office Manager you will be working closely with the Headteacher alongside all other Admin staff in dealing with the following:
Communication Communication With/ On Behalf of the Headteacher Business partnerships, funding and the community Diary Management Events Edits & Upkeep of School Evidence and Other Documents Pupil and Staff Attendance HR and Recruitment Courses and in-service training Part-time staff Children’s Files and Parent Details ICT Management Project work The ideal candidate
Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficient in using attendance management software and Microsoft Office suite. Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse situations.
