Job description

We are seeking a Recovery Support Volunteer within the East Sussex Services. The role will involve supporting service users affected by substance misuse.

The Volunteer Recovery Coordinator Support Role will support service users through drug and alcohol treatment by assisting care coordinators. This will be through brief interventions, group work, recovery care planning and signposting to specialist services. The Volunteer will work with Service Users to initiate and build their recovery capital and move into long-term sustained recovery and social reintegration.
