Job description
Join an IT solutions provider with customers across the UK as an IT Sales Account Manager. Established in 2001, they continue to grow rapidly, hence this opportunity to join their sales team. The role is located in Blisworth, to the South-West of Northampton.
THE ROLE:
- Generate and qualify potential sales leads
- Source and develop customer referrals
- Makes sales calls to new and existing customers
- Help organically grow the client base, initiate new sales, generate quotes and proposals
- Develop and make presentations to prospects and customers
- Maintain an ongoing customer contact strategy
- Participate in sales events
- You will play a key role in nurturing and growing customer relationships
- Conducting regular customer reviews and spotting potential for upsell opportunities
- Develop customer referrals
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous sales / account management experience
- Ideally, IT sales experience, although not essential
- Customer-focused, driven and motivated
- Good attention to detail, strong communication and written skills
- Ideally, 20 miles or less from Northampton
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Basic salary of £30,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience
- Commission. OTE of up to £45,000 per annum
- 20 days holiday (increasing to 25) + public holidays
