Job description

Salary: Between £10.5 and £10.5 hour

Location: Northamptonshire

• Location - Brackley (NN13)
• This is a zero hours position with the ability to be flexible to hours that suit you. We are looking for candidates to start late August as well as over the Christmas period (late November to end of December).
• Salary - £10.50ph
• Over the  Christmas period - £84 per full 8 hour shift/ 8 hours a day for 5 full days in a singular week - £500

Requirements

Know your responsibilities for Health & Safety.

• Report any Health & Safety concerns to your supervisor immediately
• Picking product for customer orders.
• Maintenance of product
• Safely operating all warehouse equipment including the Forklift Truck
• Assisting in loading
• Re-stock racking
• Stock checking and counting
• Maintain all equipment in your charge
• Report all breakages
• Engage with and add value to your appraisal process
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required by your supervisor

Person Specification

• Warehouse experience - essential
• Previous experience of working towards, and achieving individual and team targets for pick rates and accuracy
• Able to operate in a physically demanding environment
• Able to work as a team and support others to fulfil their role
• Able to participate in continuous improvement; comfortable to suggest ideas and solutions and help to implement improvements
• Forklift licence and experience -  desirable
• Experience training others -  desirable
