Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Basic Salary: Starting at 20000 per annum

Commission Scheme: 20% no threshold

Desk Type: Contract

This exciting opportunity is for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with B2B Sales experience to join a wellestablished client based in Hemel Hempstead. The role encompasses 360degree responsibilities including both sales and recruitment. Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Generate new business leads by effectively introducing the brand to potential clients. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients gaining their trust to understand and fulfill their requirements.

2. Networking: Utilize various channels including online job boards advertising and LinkedIn to network and promote recruitment services. Develop contacts within target companies and effectively sell the companys services.

3. Requirements Qualification: Qualify client requirements effectively and collaborate with the qualified resource team. Utilize the CRM system and candidate database for efficient service delivery.

4. Negotiation: Successfully negotiate commercial terms with clients and consultants with support from Business Support and Directors.

5. FacetoFace Meetings: When necessary meet clients and candidates facetoface to strengthen relationships and understand their needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years B2B Sales or 360 degrees recruitment with proven track.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Additional European language skills are a bonus
• Full working rights in the UK.
• Available for an interview in the UK.

• Ideally possess qualified recruitment experience particularly in IT with a strong billing background in contract or permanent sales.
• Alternatively candidates with previous B2B sales experience telesales IT sales estate agency or car sales background will be considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Additional European language skills are a bonus.
• Proficient in MS Outlook Word Excel and other PC applications.
• Demonstrated resilience proactive approach and ability to multitask.
