365 Fashions is looking for a part-time E-Commerce & Social Media Administrator to work Tuesdays - Thursday, 11 am to 5:30 pm (30 mins for lunch)

This is not a work-from-home role!

Suitable applicants will have an understanding of sustainable fashion trends, be willing to work in a small office environment and be passionate to progress in a career within the fashion industry.  This is an excellent opportunity to learn various roles within the fashion business and the day-to-day work involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining e-commerce platforms that include Etsy, Depop, Shopify and eBay
• Create master listings for e-commerce channels
• Auditing and tagging new stock.
• Creating bar codes for the e-commerce marketplace.
• Taking professional photographs & videos of fashion and jewellery products using a tripod
• Maintaining social media sites
• Customer service for the front of house
• Managing interns/apprentices employees

Requirements:

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms 
• Interest in and knowledge of photography
• Fashion knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Self-motivated, proactive and dynamic
