Job Title: eCare Business Analyst
Band: 7 (Salary Range: £43,742 - £50,056)

Location:Cornwall 
About Us:
Join us on an exciting journey as we embark on the implementation of our new EPR System. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a key role in the largest clinical system transformation programme in our trust's history. This initiative is fundamental to our strategy, aiming to revolutionise the way we work and enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the timely mapping of existing clinical pathways, re-designing them to align with EPR modules.

Design new pathways to capitalise on transformation opportunities presented by the EPR solution.

Apply best practice transformation principles to facilitate staff adoption of new ways of working.

Collaborate with Care Groups and the EPR team to ensure alignment of deliverables and opportunities.

Requirements:

Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience.

High computer literacy, proficient in spreadsheets, databases, charts, reports, and data analysis.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at various levels.

What You'll Achieve:

Design and plan programmes aligned with eCare, ensuring clear aims and measures for improvement.

Oversee the process mapping of existing pathways and make improvements to align with the new EPR system.

Identify and document benefits during and after change implementation.

Conduct analysis to ensure learning is taken forward and benefits realisation is achieved.

Provide financial management of assigned resources, ensuring costs are monitored and managed.
